SHIPPING
All deliveries have the option to be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Royal Mail Special delivery. International orders will be shipped with DHL.
Local Edinburgh collection is available on request.
Orders will usually be shipped within the lead times stated from the day of placing your order. If you do need a piece in a hurry please email hello@amdmade.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS (UK/EU)
You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request a return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unworn, and resalable condition.
Items that do not meet these criteria may be denied a return.
Any piece that has been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.
amd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

amd does not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.

All International orders are final. No exceptions.

We believe in creating pieces that lasts. As part of our commitment to sustainability and quality, we offer a lifetime repair service for all our items, we're here to help extend the life of your pieces.
What We Offer:
Mending small holes or tears: We'll work with you to find the best solution, ensuring your garment is restored with care and attention to detail.
Reinforcing seams and stitching: If your item needs a little extra love, we'll make sure it's as good as new.
Personalised solutions: Every repair is unique, and we'll collaborate with you to achieve the best possible outcome.
What We Can't Do:
We reserve the right to turn down repairs that are too complex, extensive, expensive or beyond reasonable restoration, especially if the damage is a result of improper use, neglect, or accidental harm.
Our repair service is intended for normal wear and tear, not for significant alterations or reconstruction.
How It Works:
- Contact us to discuss the repair and receive instructions.
- Send your garment to our studio (shipping costs to the studio and back to you are the responsibility of the customer).
- We'll assess the damage and confirm if the repair is feasible.
- Once repaired, we'll return your garment to you, ready to be loved for years to come.
